What are the delivery times for trading cards?

The trading cards are sold as a pre-sale. A bit like a Kickstarter project. We launch the pre-order campaign 3 to 4 months before the cards are produced.

We try to estimate a date when shipments can begin. However, these delays can extend from 7 to 60 days for many reasons out of our control (raw material supply problems, international logistics problems, supply delays, bad mixing of the cards, staff problems due to Covid-19...) The orders of cards arriving in waves, it is also possible that we are out of stock, we are then obliged to manufacture more, which can take up to 1 month.

When the cards are in our possession, delivery times are 1 to 5 days in France, and 3 to 7 days internationally. We strive to communicate on social networks and we update the website and product sheets so that you are aware of the delivery time.

 

What if my shipping address change between a pre-order and the delivery ?

You can change your shipping address by click on "View my order" button, in your confirmation e-mail. You will find an "Updated address" button under your shipping address. If you need to change your first or last name, please contact us directly by e-mail and we will update your shipping address. You will receive a notification. 

For the buyer of US cards who received the cards on December/ early January and decide to keep the boosters without open it, and several months after they decide to open it and all the cards are the same, it is possible to send them back to swap them against new booster ?

For the ones who have received the cards on end-of-December, early-January, and who decide to not open them, we advise you to send us back the boosters, even if they are closed. We will send you new boosters with different cards inside. This allows you to play it safe: if the booster has identical cards, it will be exchanged without you having to take the risk of opening them (for those who want to keep them closed) in order to avoid waiting several months and realize that all cards are the same. When the project will sold-out, it will no longer be possible to exchange them.

How long can i return my cards or my card families to have a victory sculpture ? 


You have until August 30, 2023 to return your cards and obtain payment in satoshis (value of bitcoin capped at 30,000 USD) for accounting reasons.
You have until June 20, 2024 to send your families back and obtain a Victory sculpture in exchange (+ logistics costs)

How can I be sure that you registered my order ?

After payment, you will received an e-mail with your order summary. If you didn't receive the e-mail, please check your spam. If you can't find your confirmation, you might have entered an incorrect e-mail address or you didn't finished the purchase step. In that case, please send us an e-mail directly.

If you have created an account, you can find all your orders and their status. 

Also, please be sure to achieve your payment. The payment is 100% secure with our partner, and we activated 3D secure (your bank will send you a payment confirmation SMS or notification) You must see an order confirmation page and receive your order summary e-mail.

If you order via Coinbase (crypto payment), be sure to add 0,1 to 1% to pay for the fee or you order will be automatically cancelled. Please, contact us if you have any doubt after a crypto payment.) 

What are the delivery times for sculpture artwork ?

First of all, please check that your received a confirmation e-mail. A fine artwork, is generally delivered under 55 days after payment. We know it's quite long delay but please know that each piece is made to order and 100% handmade. It usually take under 40 days to produce a piece, and 5-7 days for shipping in France or 7-10 days for international delivery. As soon as your order is shipped you’ll receive an email or text with a tracking number. 

If you can't find your tracking number or didn't receive any shipping e-mail/text after 40 days, please contact us directly via e-mail.

What if I received faulty or damaged artworks ?

First of all, it never happened, we take the greatest care over the quality and each artwork is verified. But if so, please contact us directly via e-mail, joining a photo as proof. If we confirm that the artwork is faulty or damaged, we will send you instructions to send the package back for free. Once your return is received and approved,  we will send you a new package for free.

What if I received an artwork but changed my mind ?

You have the right to ask for a refund within 14 days without giving any reason. The refund period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of be refunded, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (eg letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use our template form but it is not mandatory.

You can also complete and send our template form by e-mail to hello@vincentfaudemer.fr. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the refund without delay on a durable medium (eg by e-mail).

For the refund period to be respected, you have to send your document relating to the exercise of the right of refund before the expiry of the refund period.

You must return the goods directly to us or to the following address, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to refund.

What if I order an artwork but changed my mind during the production delay ?

A fine artwork is generally delivered under 55 days after payment. 40 days to produce and 5-10 days for shipping. Once you have made payment and received your confirmation e-mail, you cannot cancel your order online. So if you changed your mind, you have to let us know via e-mail or via Instagram DMs. If by any change, your artwork is still in production, we will stop the production or shipping process. If your artwork has already been mailed,  you can return it after receipt.

How do I receive my Golden Ticket and enter my Phantom wallet ?

You have to enter your Phantom address in your account. Enter your e-mail and password, an go to "Compte & Wallet", then enter your Phantom address. If you feel lost, we write a tutorial :

What is an NFT and how can I buy some ?

A non-fungible token (NFT) is a  a digital asset certified to be unique and therefore not interchangeable thanks to a blockchain technology. Vincent Faudemer created his own NFTs collections  "Babolex Adventure's" and "AlienX". Each artwork is unique and original. When will happen the AirDrop for Babolex with Egyptian background ?

The airdrop for Egyptian Babolex will take place soon. We will make an announcement to tell you when the airdrop is scheduled.

How can you know who is holder ?

Thanks to your address where you keep your NFT. At any moment we are able to retrieve the complete list of holders.

When do we stand up on the weekend scheduled for Deauville and Megève ?

Due to Covid-19 and the evolution of the pandemic we postponed the weekend for the moment. We will keep you in touch when we can book them.
